All subscriptions are paid in advance and grant access to participating classes and services during the active billing period.
Refunds are not issued for partial usage, unused days, or change-of-mind once the subscription period has started.
Users may cancel class bookings within the allowed time window via the app. Cancellations do not result in refunds, but may allow you to rebook during the same billing period.
If a scheduled class is canceled by the provider or unavailable due to platform error, please contact our support team. We’ll investigate and apply credit or corrective action where appropriate.
